A new installation of 2 Weinor Topas awnings at this beautiful property in Woodham Ferrers, Essex. With a new extension the client needed patio shading across 8 metres of folding doors and also the kitchen window.
We first installed the metal goal post frame work required to support the 95kg – 8 metre wide wireless remote controlled awning. A goal post system is essential to take the weight of the awning. Additionally to spread it down the building, rather than it all being concentrated on the fixing brackets. We use a chemical fix on all our installations. Consequently, this gives strength. You can, therefore, be safe in the knowledge that no bolts will come loose as the studding is chemically fixed into the brickwork for strength.
