We had contacted several other companies but all we were ever told was ‘its 17 years old, you need to replace the who thing.’ Your advice to change the battery (which cost £5) saved the Church a huge amount of money and we are very grateful to you.
We have saved your companies details as we know in the next couple of years, we will need to replace our awning and some blinds in our community centre; at that time Radiant Blinds will be the company we call on.

I was dubious, at first, dealing with a firm I did not know but I need not have worried. Everyone from the office staff to the fitters were excellent. All dates and times were kept. There is a near neighbour to whom I shall be recommending Radiant Blinds.
Professional, task focused team, from through from admin, sales advice to proficient fitting and after-sales. Low turnover of staff is always reassuring.
The blinds have been refurbished and are as good as new. The workmen were very efficient and careful. Pleasant to talk to and took down the old blinds and then put up the new ones with no fuss at all. Congratulations. I will recommend you to all who ask.
The whole process from initial phone enquiry to installation was very good. Delivery date was even brought forward a week. Installation team were exactly what you want from a company. Polite, informative and and professional. No mess left behind. The product looks great. Is obviously well made. You definitely get what you pay for in this instance. Would highly recommend.
We are very pleased with the new cover for our awning, made & fitted by Radiant Blinds. A couple of minor adjustments were needed and they came back promptly. Excellent service.
